The kids brought up wood on their sleds up to fill the front porch. They filled the rack and started another row. I was impressed with their hard work, and Emma said their reward was pleasing and surprising their father. He was both surprised and quite proud of their results!

We couldn't have all work, and no play

...and some of us didn't have any work (but I'm not naming names!!!)

Samuel started eating cereal today. I noticed last night he was trying with all his might to get at Daddy's potatoes, so this morning we got some rice cereal. At first he looked confused, but then he LOVED it.

He is so short, that I wouldn't have thought to put him in the exersaucer yet - but he is always trying to kick himself out of the bouncy seat and gets frustrated on the floor. He thought it was the greatest, being able to see all of us and play with his toys. Even though I have to bunch up the blanket to keep him in because he is still scrawny...he is strong and busy enough to turn his seat it in circles and even swing the whole thing from side to side. Thank you, Michelle, for leaving this surprise on my porch. He is really enjoying it!

And just for fun, this is the pencil I saw Jonah using yesterday. It isn't even the smallest I've found! I can't believe he can even write with this.

The kids are getting so big and they are all so cute. Looks like they enjoy the snow. I don't think that Bree & Ronnie would last 30 mins outside in the snow. Ronnie doesn't even like to wear a winter jacket on those rare occasions we have to pull one out and this year the weather has been so crazy like today & tomorrow we are in the high 40's and saturday we will be in the 70's crazy! Tell everyone hi from us and we will see you all this spring. I am still waiting on Ronnie's baseball schedule and Bree golf schedule to come out. I do know that baseball opening day is March 21st. tad is so excited because he loves baseball and loves to coach the little kids. I think he enjoys it more than Ronnie. Just as soon as I know when we will be coming I wil let you know. Speak with you soon.
