how do you spell relief?

D R . H I L G E F O R T
The appointment at the chiropractor went well. He spoke at length about the limitations of manipulating during pregnancy, and proceeded to do some kind of test to prove to himself that the pain/relief was related to pregnancy and not another type of injury. So he did very specific pressure points and movements and showed me two exercises that I'm to do to strengthen the surrounding muscles - thus giving stability to my pelvis. Pray for my discipline with these daily exercises. I'm sore today and was told it will get worse before it gets better. But I am walking faster and without the overcompensating waddle to manage the pain that I had before. I know so many of you reading this suffer pain daily for different reasons. The freedom to walk without pain is something we take for granted until we cannot do it anymore. I am amazed at the miracle of our bodies and how everything works together (or doesn't). Thank you, Lord, for healing.
